We may revise and discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. 

Billing and Payment

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by us, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made via credit card or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by us. 

SHIPPING: Free shipping on orders of $65 and up. Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS); standard and priority mail. Once an order ships, the buyer will receive an email with the details and tracking number. Processing time to ship orders is typically 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. We are currently offering shipping to USA only; no international shipping.

RETURNS:  Due to the personal nature of items sold, we cannot accept returns.  If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right!

DAMAGED GOODS: We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged well so they make the trip to your home safely. However, in the event that an item(s) is damaged during the shipping process, please take pictures of the damage product and contact us so we can investigate and replace the damaged item(s). 

HANDMADE ITEMS: All products are handmade, hand produced, hand poured, hand packaged, and hand labeled.... by a human.  Each item is unique and will differ each time.  With that said,  the recipes, ingredients and quality will always remain the highest. 

ALLERGENS: Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.

GENERAL CAUTIONS:  It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. CHAPTER ONE SOAPS is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
